I am at Dockweiler State Beach, at the west end of LAX. I am picnicking with friends and taking lots of photos - and some of them happen to be aviation photos.
Due to the commercial aviation traffic at LAX, helicopters over Dockweiler Beach must fly very close to the ground; that made for excellent photo ops.
This looks like a sightseeing helicopter; the operator, Celebrity Helicopters, is located out of nearby Compton.
